Neighbour being a nuisance to church land in Jamaica

QUESTION: Dear Legal Wiz,
My pastor and I need to get rid of a man next door. My aunt left land belonging to her by a Will to be shared between the church and I. We do not know if there is an Executor because someone else in the church refuses to hand it over. The will is not probated. A neighbour has old iron packed up in front of the land and is being real cantankerous. He says he owns the land and he paid some taxes.
The title had my aunt’s name on it still as the other person is dead, and the church and myself has always paid the taxes.

RESPONSE: Dear Shanna Marie,
Three issues are arising for an attorney to assist you with. You will need to save enough money to sort our the probate of the Will, the Title ownership and the cantankerous neighbour who is preventing you from using the land. It definitely is not recommended by the attorneys consulted for you to start any process to get him away from the land till at least application for the probate is started.
